Q? How do I get started?
A.

Simply email, call or text me for an informal chat about what you want to achieve, then I’ll arrange a convenient time for us to meet up to discuss your goals in more detail, if your happy after our meeting then we can plan the sessions around your busy schedule.

Q? What shall I wear?
A.

Comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

Q? Where can we train?
A.

I train clients in the comfort of their own home, we don’t need much room. If that’s not convenient then your garden, park or even your work place.

Q? How far do you travel?
A.

I work throughout the Sutton Coldfield area, including Walmley, Four Oaks, Boldmere and surrounding areas.

Q? Do you do Karate sessions in homes?
A.

Yes, I have many clients who want to learn self defence in the comfort of their own homes, we don’t need much room.

Q? What equipment do you use?
A.

I’m qualified to use all fitness equipment, however my personal favorites include kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, step up boxes, TRX trainers, resistance bands, and boxing pads.

Q? How much water should I drink?
A.

That depends on how active you are, I’d recommend you drink at least two litres per day.

Q? Should I eat before we train?
A.

Don’t eat for at least two hours before our training sessions.

Q? How many sessions do I need to book?
A.

That depends on what you want to achieve, some goals take longer to achieve than others.

Q? I want to run a 10k race, can you help?
A.

Yes, I’ve many clients who have run, 5k, 10k, half marathons or even full marathons.
