Bootcamp Circuit Training is a combination of high intensity aerobic and resistance training that is easy to follow, fat burning, muscle buliding and improves your heart and lung fitness. You go at your own pace, whatever your age or fitness level. Circuit/Bootcamp Training is an excellent way to improve your health, mobility, strength and stamina.

BootCamp Circuit Training comprises of 25 to 40 exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest.

So have fun, get fit, improve your posture, lose weight and gain muscle tone.
