Boot Camp Circuit Training Sutton Coldfield is a combination of high intensity aerobic and resistance training that is easy to follow, fat burning, muscle building and improves your heart and lung fitness. You go at your own pace, whatever your age or fitness level. Circuit Boot Camp Training is an excellent way to improve your health, mobility, strength and stamina.
Boot Camp Circuit Training comprises of 25 to 50 exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest. Don’t forget to bring along a drink and towel!
