Jason is a wonderful personal fitness coach. From the first telephone call he took the time to find out about my goals and any previous/current injuries and then has chosen the training and routine that best benefits me.
Jason has observed my body and raised the bar when needed taking note of my current back pain, which I must say has dwindled since our training! Every week Jason will tweak the routine and this has made a huge difference to me physically and also mentally.
Jason is a professional, friendly gentleman to work closely with. He goes through everything thoroughly with me and explains why we do certain exercises. I have complete faith in Jason and tell all my friends and family about how happy I am and how great he is.
