“The mere thought of heading to the gym always had me reaching for the biscuit jar. I was definitely not your typical gym goer and my weight had always yo-yoed. But last November (09) I was introduced to Jason. In the time Jason has been training me my whole attitude towards fitness, exercise and my diet has improved immensely. Jason’s PT sessions are always unique, fun and he’s always there to offer me encouragement when otherwise I would have given up.
