“I trained with Jason for just over 2 years & I am about to switch to the Monday ‘Boot Camp’. My reasons for starting to exercise 2 years ago was mainly a desire to be healthier as I aprroached 40. Throughout my 30s I had become a real workaholic. This led to ‘drinks after work’, late takeways at home and a complete disregard for my health.
