I shouldn’t have worried; Jason has not only been considerate of my condition but he’s also gone that extra mile and consulted with my physiotherapist to make sure that the exercise program is both interesting, innovative and geared towards what I’m trying to achieve without putting my health at risk. However he’s no pushover and he will work you hard, which is exactly what I need. Jason is friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble and for the first time exercise is fun”!
