“As a nurse working shifts and a mom juggling kids I was looking for a way to get fit, feel more energised and like most women to gain my figure back! So I joined my local gym and was introduced to Jason for some personal fitness training. During my first session Jason carried out a fitness check/profile and compiled a programme to help me achieve my goals. Jason is very knowledgeable applying anatomy and physiology to each exercise and is able to adjust exercises to suit me, he also knows when I am not working as hard as I could be and adapts the exercise to ensure I do! He has also given me some great tips regarding my nutritional intake and even ways of how to avoid that chocolate bar which has worked! Jason is a great motivator with a good sense of humour, his sessions are varied and challenging including TRX training ensuring every muscle is worked, even those I wasn’t aware of! My fitness has definitely improved and my body is becoming more lean muscle than fat!! I would highly recommend Jason if you want results!”
