“Hi Jason Just a few kind words for you which I really really mean.I have been a regular gym user for the last five years. I started training with Jason in September of this year and I wish I had made the move long before September. Prior to training with Jason I only ever used the gym for the cross trainer, which I must say was my daily routine and at times daunting. Each session with Jason is a challenge and enjoyable. Not only have I gained lean muscle but I have also gained a lot of energy. Training with jason is fun and I always look forward to my two weekly early morning sessions with him. I have to say it’s not easy work but the results are fantastic. I’m looking forward to Tuesday morning already.”
